Developers of Stream Hill Park, Tom Taffe and Devony Lehner, drew on the philosophy of Gustav Stickley in designing the neighborhoods of this project: “Simplicity, durability, fitness for the life that is to be lived in the house, and harmony with its natural surroundings.” To help carry out that mission, they will supply homeowners with a menu of styles appropriate to each lot, identify recommended builders and supply each lot owner with a design manual. While any proposed design will be considered, how well each design promotes harmony with the neighborhood and the environment are key to approval.
