What We Do
Caribou Family Restaurant offers some of the best food in Homer. Come by for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Open 24 hours a day in the summer; stop in after the long drive from Anchorage or before a day on the water halibut or salmon fishing.

We are a family restaurant featuring home-style cooking in healthy portions. In addition we have homemade pies, desserts and cakes. Our great-tasting food is a local favorite.

Take your order to go! On holidays we often hold a drawing for a free dinner for two at the Caribou Family Restaurant.

Service Area
We are proud to serve the Homer area. Our customers also arrive from Seldovia, Halibut Cove, Anchor Point and Ninilchik. During the school year visiting sports teams stop for a bite to eat before heading back up the road to Kenai or Soldotna.

Looking for a breakfast to start your day of adventures just right? We serve traditional American fare. Eggs any style, sourdough pancakes, bacon, ham, sausage and hash browns are just some of our usual fare. We also make great omelets, biscuits and gravy and chicken fried steak. Lunchtime is when we start serving daily specials. Fresh soup, sandwiches, hearty burgers and wonderful salads will leave you feeling satisfied. How about dinner? Steak, prime rib and crab are often available. Friday and Saturday we have special prime rib nights. Our fresh seafood is served in season when available and includes halibut and cod. Also, we serve breakfast all day, for those who prefer pancakes for their evening meal. Top off our excellent food with a piece of Sally's homemade pie for dessert. Our lunch and dinner choices also are served all day.
